High West Graphics is a division of The Hall Wesley Group, Inc., a Florida corporation founded by Doug and Linda Wesley in 1980.
Beginning as a management training firm, over its first ten years, The Hall Wesley Group developed, copyrighted and licensed a broad range of manuscripts outlining innovative approaches to getting positive results with people in organizations. By the early 1990’s, it was clear that The Hall Wesley Group was in the business of creating, transferring and managing intellectual property.
One group of inventions – methods, which together, generate culture transformation in large, old organizations – became the stock in trade for a wholly-owned sister company, ChangeCraft Corporation. ChangeCraft has installed its processes in some of America’s most famous corporations in the technology, publishing and insurance industries.
With the start of the new millennium, Doug Wesley, The Hall Wesley Group’s principal inventor, began creating a radically different type of “intellectual property:” art photography. After he spent nearly two years producing a foundation portfolio, The Hall Wesley Group launched a new division – High West Graphics – to support the creation, dissemination and management of this growing body of work.
The products of High West Graphics are admittedly divergent from our company’s historical lines, but this infant enterprise is bent on exploring the commercial viability of offering people visual beauty, spiritual comfort and the joy of color and light.
